An innner neon and an outer rim neon, The outer neon tube is blue and the inner neon tube is white.  This truly is an awesome looking neon clock!  Unlike the other cheap clocks on the market, this is the top of the line and you get an inner and outer neon tubing with this clock. These clocks have matel housing not like the plastic clocks you see all over the internet. The clock also needs to be plugged in to the wall for the neon transformer to be powered.
