Shipment will be made within five (5) business days of cleared payment.  I generally ship much quicker than this (within a day or two of cleared payment), but am not always able to get the post office as often as I'd like because of my work schedule.
If you are not happy, email me first to discuss. Ship back within 14 days (you pay for shipping) and I will refund your money to your Paypal account when I receive package.
