    ELTON JOHN Five Years Of Fun (Incredibly Rare 1975 US Boutwell Enterprises limited first edition 9" x 11" hardback book issued to commemorate and chronicling Elton's career from 1970 to 1975. This was a souvenir give-away for a concert at the famous Troubadour nightclub here in Los Angeles on August 25~27, 1975, a fundraiser for an eye care center at UCLA! There are many color and black/white photographs + printed rice paper pages. This stunning publication has a white linen effect cover with embossed gold title and is limited to 2,000 copies!)...
