**Also included are 2 ticket stubs from the Elton concert Jan. 31, 1998 in San Antonio, Texas (see pic - they are stapled to the inside cover)**
This is in Excellent condition. Shows really no wear / handlng. No tears, stains or writing on it. No corner dings.
